Xiang Chong (Three Kingdoms) : ウィキペディア英語版
Xiang Chong (Three Kingdoms)

Xiang Chong (died 240) was a general and politician of the state of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history. His uncle, Xiang Lang served as a minister of the state and previously served Liu Biao. Xiang Chong was born in Yicheng, Xiangyang (present day Yicheng, Hubei). His father was Xiang Lang's elder brother.
Xiang Chong was the General of the Standard (牙門將軍) under Liu Bei's reign. Throughout his career, Xiang Chong was known for being able to maintain the number of casualties within his own camp. Zhuge Liang praised Xiang Chong greatly before he departed north. In 240 CE, he was killed in action during his campaign against barbarians around the Hanjia area. His younger brother was also named Xiang Chong but was marked with the third tone in Chong.
